In Degradé, the bleaching agent is not used along the entire length, but the hair is divided into sections. From these locks some hair sockets are selected and a gradual lightening is performed: a darker color is applied to the base, a slightly lighter color at mid-length and a decidedly lighter color at the tip.
However, it is not only a question of using different colors in different portions of the same strand, but also of using different products on the same strand, depending on the result you want to achieve and the health of the hair.
One of the most important peculiarities of Degradé is that a substantial part of the hair remains natural, or colored with very light products such as reflectors, which do not affect the cuticle. This greatly limits the impact of coloring on the hair.
Furthermore, in some cases, on some parts of the lock, color is not applied, but a restructuring product. This is a precaution that is of great benefit to the hair and helps keep it healthy.
INFINITE POSSIBILITIES OF COLORING
What is important to understand is that Degradé is not just a way to lighten hair, but more a coloring project, which evolves over time along with the client's wishes.
Choosing Degradé therefore means embracing a completely new way of coloring hair, which significantly reduces the problem of regrowth, which keeps hair healthy for a long time and gives unique and personalized shades.
