The building has major damages and deformations, deviation from the vertical of the load-bearing structure. Load-bearing elements show significant deformation and cracking of load-bearing elements made of reinforced concrete.

Some of the works performed are:
-Ceiling works, plaster and cladding
-Reinforcement of columns and beams b/a
-Bitumen waterproofing with two layers of katarama and mape layer
-Electrical, plumbing and heating ventilation installations
