Returns policy In some cases we may be able to cancel your order, send us an email requesting the cancellation of your order. You will receive an email confirmation if we have managed to cancel your order. If not, follow the return procedures for unwanted items.

If you leave a product behind in your order because it is temporarily unavailable, we can send you the items that are in stock in the first phase and those that are pending to be sent back when they return to our store at no extra cost the second delivery .
