The protective treatment is based on nano-molecules of Silica or Silicon Dioxide SiO2 and once applied to the substrate to be protected it does not alter its appearance, consistency, color or breathability. Furthermore, the protective treatment is a BIO protection.

In fact, silica is a mineral that is used among other things by sugar cane and many cereals to build their structure. It is used in electronic engineering, in the construction of integrated circuits, transistors and other electronic components.

In homeopathic medicine, silica is recommended for colds, gum abscesses, headaches and digestive disorders. With good reason it can therefore be considered BIO, with the advantages that it does not leave residues, has no odor, and does not create films.

All types of surfaces can be protected, also optimizing the micro porosities of those surfaces that are very smooth to the touch, such as glass, steel, ceramic, natural stones, etc. The nano molecules of silica are conveyed through water or ethanol, and the treated surfaces become therefore water-repellent, oil-repellent, anti-mold, anti-limestone and have a significant reduction of their bacterial load (since bacteria are larger than nano-molecules and therefore tend to "float" on them).
