Description

Honey is a thick, sweet, amber liquid that bees make from the nectar of flowers. Nectar is the main source of carbohydrates that bees convert into sugar, glucose and fructose. Honey contains over 15% water, the bees in the hive cover it with wax which protects it from moisture and decay.
