DRIVER (DRIVER CAT C + E) BEGINNER (NO EXPERIENCE) TRUCK TRANSPORT INTERNATIONAL


The company 95 Arion, one of the largest companies in Romania in the segment of Road Freight Transport (heavy tonnage), hires BEGINNERS / EXPERIENCED drivers, from all over the country, in the following conditions:


Mandatory requirements:

- Certified professional freight driver [C, E];
- Card for digital tachograph;
- ADR (dangerous goods) certificate - mandatory upon employment
- Valid medical and psychological advice;
- Impeccable criminal record and car record without major incidents;
- Availability of work in Western Europe for periods between 8 - 9 weeks (intra-community transport);
- Total availability to transit by ferry on routes from Great Britain / Sweden / Finland;

It is a great advantage if you apply for employment, in addition to the above mandatory requirements:
- Certificate of transport of oversized goods
- Proof of knowledge of a language of international circulation (English, French, German) at conversational level


The contract is initially drawn up for a determined period (3 months) - during which the driver's training / instruction process takes place. For those who prove in a shorter time the necessary skills, the training period can be reduced to 8 weeks.


BENEFITS:

Salary: daily travel 35 EUR / day + salary 1250 RON gross / monthly. All amounts are transferred to the fixed date monthly in the bank account (card), do not work with cash.

After the training period, a new contract follows for a period of 3 months of TEST, in which the driver will go alone on the car or in a crew with another driver who is also in the test period.
If the TEST period also ends successfully, the driver enters into full rights as an experienced driver, benefiting from the related rights and obligations.

After 3 years in the company, loyalty bonuses are granted which increase at each subsequent interval of 2 years (for example, between 3-5 years, then 5-7 years, 7-10 years, over 10 years, etc.).

WE GUARANTEE THE PAYMENT OF SALARY RIGHTS WITHOUT DELAY! All salary and daily allowances are legally transferred to EURO (for daily allowance) and RON (for other salary rights) bank cards. No cash is granted. The salary (in RON) is transferred every month on the 15th and the daily allowances are transferred at the end of the statement.

Working conditions at western level, on a fleet consisting of EURO 6 and Euro5 EEV vehicles (Scania, MAN production 2011 - 2016), large cabins, refrigerators. Starting with the acquisitions from 2016, all the cars will be equipped with a parking climate.

Routes: Benelux - Germany, France, Great Britain, Denmark, Spain, Italy;

Stable job, at one of the most performing companies in Romania, with a portfolio of serious and stable clients;

The exchange of drivers takes place in Luxembourg, with the company's minibuses, every 6 weeks, followed by 10 days off (departures to Luxembourg are every Friday afternoon and return is Sunday evening).

Continuous theoretical and practical training, in order to obtain the economic management coefficients that can bring you the monthly bonus (information about this system you will receive only at the job interview, not by phone);

Although we hire from all over the country, drivers with a domicile in the areas of Sibiu, Sebes, Deva, Arad (along the European road E68), Faget, Lugoj, Timisoara (E70) have a special advantage. Those residing in these areas will be able to be picked up by minibus from the city of residence on each trip to the exchange points, and vice versa, on return will be left in the same areas of residence.


Specific tasks:

- Transport of goods on intra-community routes, with tractor-trailer systems + semi-trailer with MTMA 40 to, according to the instructions received from the dispatcher;
- Permanent communication with the dispatcher regarding the development of transport through modern communication methods;
- The observance with the maximum strictness of the legal working times according to the AETR norms (EC regulation 561/2006) and of the presentation and loading hours, respectively delivery. AT 95arion NO MEANS OF HANDLING THE TACHOGRAPHER ARE USED!


En route facilities:

- 24/7 service intervention contracts throughout Europe without downtime. Drivers do not carry out interventions on vehicles on the route, except for simple tire feathers. Also, 95 Arion does not send service teams through Europe to wait for the garage mechanics to come through the parking days;

- All vehicles are equipped with automatic toll booths for all EU countries;

- The 45-hour break in France is mandatory at the HOTEL;

- travel advances every 2 weeks;

- Fuel supply cards; The 95 Arion company works exclusively with electronic payment systems. You don't work with cash;

- Transport from Oltenita to the exchange points (and vice versa) provided by the company's minibuses (latest generation Mercedes Sprinter).
