The black olives are harvested, reached the right ripeness,
and only the best ones are chosen. The selection and processing phase
ensures that the colors, shape and flavor remain unaltered, preserving
their properties. We recommend pairing with dried tomatoes,to prepare a dish
of special spaghetti, with garlic, oil and chilli.
