Whole Dried Tomatoes
Selected southern tomatoes, dried to the right point to preserve color,
softness and flavor; in sunflower oil to preserve all the best qualities.
It is used to prepare sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, first courses and canapés,
and they are inimitable for aperitifs and happy hours.
The right wine to accompany it would be Frascati Superiore.
