Production area: Castagnole Monferrato (Piedmont).
Vineyard: Low Guyot training system with 7-8 buds on the fruit head.
Thinning in the early summer months.
Grape variety: Ruchè.
Harvest: 80% harvest in optimal ripeness, 20% harvest in slight overripe directly in the vineyard.
Vinification: Traditional in red.
Aging: Aging in steel tanks and subsequently in the bottle positioned horizontally at a controlled temperature.
Color: Intense ruby red with important violet reflections in youth, tending to garnet after a few years of aging in the bottle.
Bouquet: Intense, persistent, hint of aromaticity in rose petals and wild berries in jam.
Taste: Warm, pleasant and of rare silkiness.
Bottle: Bordeaux series 15. Heavy 750 g.

Vineyard: Low Guyot training system with 8-9 buds on the fruit head. Grape variety: Ruchè. Vinification: Traditional in red. Aging: Maturation in steel tanks and subsequently in the bottle positioned horizontally at a controlled temperature. Color: Bright red with purple reflections in youth, tending to garnet with aging.
Bouquet: Intense, persistent, aromatic, fruity, with typical hints of rose and violet petals in the early years. Evolution on spicy notes over time.
Taste: Warm on the palate, harmonious, full-bodied and balanced with a light tannic component. Bottle: Bordolese Nobile. Heavy 500 g. Uvag type glass. Stopper: One-piece cork 26 × 45. Available formats:
