1- Barbera D’Alba
Provenance: Rod of altitude 250 - 350 meters.
Grape Variety: 100% Barbera
Yield per Hectare: 90 ht.
Training system: Guyot
Harvest period: by hand in baskets towards the middle of September
Ruby red color, it has a rich and intense flavor of fresh fruit. with little acidity.
It goes well with appetizers, first courses and meat dishes.
2- Nebbiolo D’Alba
Provenance: Rod of altitude 285 meters.
Grape variety: Nebbiolo 100
in steel for about 3 months and then in
French oak barriques for 12 - 14 months.
It has a bright red color with light orange reflections. Intense aroma with notes of spices, flavor
denotes great personality and structure where the tannin of Nebbiolo marries the sweet tannin of the wood enhancing the
hint of vanilla.
Perfect with main courses and cheeses
Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
Aging: in steel for about 4 months
Straw yellow color with a delicate, fresh and floral scent. A balanced wine
with little acidity.
Food matches: It goes well with appetizers, first courses or as an aperitif.
